Before helping to form DiversiPro Inc., Reyes was a manager and project consultant. She gained a reputation for succeeding with difficult projects, which led to a wide-ranging career as an international trainer, executive coach and project consultant. She has advised senior managers in South Africa, Japan, Canada and Europe, has played a leading role in strategic planning for national organizations, helped develop and launch new standards for journalism and leadership in the multi-ethnic country of South Africa (immediately after the dismantling of apartheid), and played a breakthrough role on the implementation of a new SAP software module (business processes) for a major broadcaster in Canada.
