Hamlin Grange is a diversity and inclusion strategist who has worked with a number of organizations in a range of sectors, including not-for-profit, public and private sectors. He is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory that is used to assess the level of cultural competence among individuals and teams. For a growing number of organizations, he and DiversiPro have become the “go to” experts in this area.
Hamlin and Cynthia come to their diversity practice with a lifetime of training and development. Family backgrounds, international experience, excellent career choices — and even a few mistakes — prepared them well for their present roles as diversity and inclusion strategists.
